Delivery and return conditions
Delivery conditions
The ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling. When taking over, the customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and, in case of damage, IMMEDIATELY report the product to the delivery person (employee of the company making the delivery). The seller waives all responsibility for damages that may occur during delivery.
If the buyer does not receive the goods or the delivery notification, after they have been sent, within the expected time, the buyer has the right to inform the seller about this in order to take actions to find the shipment. If the buyer refuses to receive the ordered goods, the seller has the right to ask the buyer for reimbursement of all costs related to delivery.
Delivery period
The seller undertakes to send the shipment to the buyer the moment he receives the confirmation approving the online transaction, i.e. in the case of a bank transfer when the payment is recorded on the seller’s account. After receiving this confirmation, the seller undertakes to send the shipment within 07-22 working days for Croatia, and 30 working days for abroad. After the delivery company (the delivery company) receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery and possible delays and problems that may arise in connection with further manipulation and delivery of the goods.
ETNOBUTIK-MARA.com sends shipments by Croatian Post – HpEkspres to many countries in Europe and the world. All ETNOBUTIK-MARA.com shipments are sent from Croatia. Shipping costs are not included in the product price. The customer pays the delivery costs when picking up the shipment.

Each product of the online store shows the size of the package: S, M, L and XL

S – HRK 25.00
M – HRK 35.00
L – HRK 50.00
XL – HRK 75.00
In total, the customer chooses the package option, for example XL and S, the package prices are not added, but the customer pays for the larger package.
Abroad
S – HRK 50.00 or depending on the country of delivery
M – HRK 75.00 or depending on the country of delivery
L – HRK 110.00 or depending on the country of shipment
XL – HRK 150.00 or depending on the country of delivery
The cost of sending the package will be calculated at the time of purchase. In the event that the customer orders from a country for which there is no possibility of sending or sending the package is more expensive than the stated prices, the seller will inform the customer about this immediately before sending the package.
Customs
Abroad 7 working days (according to the price list of the Croatian Post for HP Express)
In the countries of the European Union, there is no customs burden on goods of preferential Croatian origin, as are all our products. In countries outside the EU/EEA, it is possible that the shipment may be charged with additional taxes or customs duties, depending on the regulations that regulate the trade of the respective country with the European Union. The procedures of the import authorities of different countries are not under the control of the ETNOBUTIK-MARA.com web-store, and we cannot be held responsible for them in any way.
Return of goods
The seller undertakes to deliver a product that is technically correct and corresponds to the product description listed on www.etnobutik-mara.com. The image that illustrates the product on the Internet page does not have to fully correspond to the actual appearance of the product, and the customer cannot advertise this segment. The customer has the right to complain and exchange or return purchased items within 14 days of receiving the goods. Articles must be returned undamaged in person or sent to our address within that period. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the seller will make an exchange or refund. All applicable Croatian laws and regulations, especially the Consumer Protection Act, apply here.
